Today was David's farewell. It was great to hear him speak at church and to really know that he is ready to serve the Lord and give him 2 years of his life to help those in need. He spoke about the love we should have for everyone and the love that our Savior has for us. It was a very emotional time for him and for the rest of the family, and it's so sad that we won't get to be with him for the next 2 years, but he is doing what he knows is right and so many blessings will come from his service.
After church we all went to his house to have delicious breakfast and be together with family. Everyone had to say their goodbyes since he leaves this coming Wednesday!
I will be posting his letters and any pictures that he sends for his close friends and family to read and keep up with what he's doing out in the mission field!
